ESL teacher, world traveler, Baha'i. Daughter, sister, friend, and most importantly, mommy to the most amazing child on the planet. I don't sit still for long. I love watching Netflix when I do though and I also love to knit(especially while watching Netflix). Not much of a cook but I desperately love Mexican food. My life goal is to go back to Africa (I did my 2.5 years of service in Malawi) and spend my life working in the empowerment and education of Women and Girls. I love to sing and I'm particularly fond of belly dancing. I'm a terrible procrastinator but I always make my deadline (and its always worth the wait!) I have a weird sense of humor: I'll laugh at pretty much anything (my own jokes sometimes will leave me rolling on the floor.) I'm very honest, open, (I couldn't keep a secret to save my soul), and the faith is only paralleled in importance to me with my child. I literally can be the most serious professional person you've ever met one minute and a "unicorn" the next (I said it was because I am ridiculous and whimsical, like a unicorn). I like to write complicated essays for school and bop around the grocery store giggling like an idiot. Super fun though, love it. Oh! I just returned from teaching English in China and I am learning Korean just because it's beautiful.

P.S. At this moment I am unable to relocate due to family care responsibilities, however, I do not intend to spend too many years in Canada and would be willing to relocate later, as needed.
